1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 785bd platform and all of its services. 785bd is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

2.4 Multiple Accounts

Opening more than one account from the same person, household or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, all associated accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

3. Account Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their own account. Passwords and login credentials should not be shared with any third party.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 785bd support immediately
• 785bd will never ask for your password by email or chat
• Log out after using your account on a public or shared device

The account may only be used by the account holder. Placing bets on behalf of others or transferring the account is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 785bd platform is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are:

For deposits, the account must be in the user's own name. Deposits from another person's payment account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Account identity verification must be completed
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method

4.3 Currency and Taxes

5.3 VIP Program

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Advancement to each tier depends on the user's gaming activity and is determined at the discretion of 785bd.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

785bd reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. A bet that has been confirmed once cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 785bd itself cancels that bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

Bets placed on the basis of odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or server issue may be considered void. In such cases the staked amount will be refunded but no additional payout will be made.

6.3 Event Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded in accordance with 785bd policy. Event-specific rules will be stated in the relevant section.

6.4 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently verifiable. 785bd ensures fair play and no manipulation of game results takes place.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 785bd platform:

• Misuse of the bonus system, bonus arbitrage or any kind of fraudulent activity
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in any game or betting system
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using or accessing another user's account
• Harassing or threatening 785bd staff
• Creating an account with false or misleading information
• Chargeback fraud

If such activity is detected, 785bd reserves the right to close the account immediately, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

12.2 Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. If active wagering requirements are not met before account closure, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Real cash balances will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal rules.

12.3 Termination by 785bd

If any violation of these terms occurs, 785bd may close the account without prior notice. In cases of fraud or forgery, all balances will be forfeited.
